Full seam welding with smooth polished finishes on all the top working surfaces gives you an improved infection control mechanism. This method of welding also increases the life of the unit as it adds further structural integrity to the unit. This in turn reduces the vibration impact caused by constant use.
Precision Ball Bearing Castors
Q: Why do we use castors that have precision ball bearings in them?
A: These allow the weight of the unit to be absorbed by the bearings and then assist the unit being moved with a minimum of effort and a greater amount of control. Project Management Expertise
As our business has grown, it is due in part that we work with your development teams and assist them with planning your FF&E requirements. Internally we have over 50 years project management experience as well as practical nursing experience in house.
We do understand the pressures staff are placed under during times when projects are running. For you the benefit is that we can offer you assistance with identifying your FF&E requirements as well as ensure the products are ready for you when you need them. We work with you to understand your areas of priority and to understand your schedule.
You can also have the added service where we make your products ahead of your scheduled dates and store them for you until you are in a position to accept the goods. This helps manage the variations in delivery times of the building construction process.

Two (2) Year Warranty
Q: Why can we offer you 2 times the industry standard warranty on our goods?
A: Our full seam welding, quality full extension drawer runners, our precision bearing castors and our quality stainless steel. All of these combined with our quality inspections mean the unit is manufactured to a standard that will easily last well past the two(2) years of the warranty period.
Important to note:
Emery Industries warrants the products it manufactures to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use and service for a period not exceeding two (2) years from the date of delivery to the original location.
This warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, modification, normal wear, or an accident (dents and scratches are considered normal wear).
